Prior to coming to Beattie & Associates, he was an Actuarial Analyst for a national benefits consulting firm. Tom graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
Karen has been at Beattie & Associates for 6 years, working on creative healthcare solutions for employers and individuals. Prior to coming to Beattie & Associates, she worked at United Healthcare for 16 years. She has degrees in Computer Science and Accounting.

Bill is a long-time entrepreneur who discovered The Great Game of Business in 1993 when he was president of BC Group International. He used open book management and other GGOB approaches to achieve excellent results until he sold the company in 2005. Now he helps local businesses via coaching, training, implementation of open book management, and peer advisory roundtable groups.
